All our orders are shipped monday to friday via DHL Courier, Parcelforce or Royal Mail.

General Terms:

All items are generally despatched within 1-2* working days from receipt of cleared payment – with most items shipping the next working day.
Courier items are shipped on a 48 hour service but can in many cases arrive next day
Deliveries by courier/Royal Mail take place Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00 and must be SIGNED FOR.
Failed delivery attempts will be carded and you must then call the delivery company in question to arrange redelivery or collection.
Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery.
You will receive a despatch notification when your order has been picked and dispatched
All delivery charges are generally to MAINLAND UK ONLY addresses. We deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, the Republic of Ireland and worldwide generally relevant postage costs will be provided, if not clearly visible simply email for a postage cost for your location
We do not deliver to BFPO addresses (only civilian addresses)
We do not offer a collection service from our eBay business or our Rutland Cycling stores

How do I pay?

We only accept payment via PayPal, which is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay. We’re sorry but we are unable to accept cheques, postal orders, credit cards or bank transfers. If you are unsure how to use PayPal or are having problems with your account, you may contact PayPal’s Customer Support Line on 0870 730 7191

Prices are not negotiable and we offer no discount for collections or phone orders so please do not ask, emails on the subject will simply be deleted
Our VAT number is GB 331 438 087 and VAT invoices can be provided.
We do not accept cash, cheque or postal orders, bank transfer or any other payment method other than PAYPAL PAYMENT ONLY
Direct phone orders are not available.
Auction purchases must be paid for in full within 5 days of the auction ending.
A payment confirmation will be sent once we have received cleared funds.
Our delivery charges are per item and are clearly stated on all listings.
We only offer a discount on postage for combined purchases if we have been asked for a revised invoice through ebay messaging. If you have already paid then we can NOT offer a postage discount/refund.
All eBay users registered worldwide are eligible to buy.
We reserve the right to vary our prices and charges. The total you pay is the total listed price at the time of order.

Returns

We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy using, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought.

PLEASE NOTE:ITEMS PURCHASED AT RUTLANDCYCLING’S EBAY STORE CANNOT BE RETURNED TO OUR RETAIL SHOPS.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

You must notify us of your intent to cancel/return goods within 14 days of the date of delivery to your address.
Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice and or full contact details including name, address, eBay user ID and reason for returning
A full refund of the order total will be processed excluding postage costs
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Sorry, but DVD recordings or software that you have unsealed are excluded from this policy (we sell these from time to time).

Faulty products

You must notify us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault.
In the event of a fault developing within 30 days of purchase, a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault our return address is:

Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the stated warranty period, we will, at our discretion, offer a repair, a replacement or a cost of item refund after receipt of the returned item and verification of the fault.
If the item is not found to have a manufacturing fault, or the fault is due to customer misuse, then no refund will be issued, and the buyer will be responsible for any fees for return shipping.

Incorrect Orders/Substitutes

In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect order or substituted item, please accept our apologies and contact us to inform us of our mistake at the earliest convienience on 01572737624 Monday to Friday 10.00-16.00
Please return the item in its original condition, and upon receipt and subject to stock, we will ship your correct item or offer a full refund.
Please enclose the return postage costs which will be refunded, for small items below £30 in value there is no need to send them ‘signed for’ simply first or second class is fine.
