The bike you are viewing is brand new and has been in our retail store. There are a few minimal marks on the frame as shown in the above pictures. The 2010 Scott Sub (Speed Utility Bike!) range features an entirely re-designed
frame, previous models were a little racier than they needed to be, well Scott
have listened to their customers and reacted accordingly, the 2010 Sub frames
have a longer headtube to give a slightly more upright position without
sacrificing speed or efficiency and retaining their sporty nature, the Sub
Solution models go further with an extra low top tube for riders who like the
security of greater standover clearance. Also new for 2010 is the Scott ‘Urban
Kit’, available for any of the Scott Sub range it comprises of exclusivly
designed mudguards and integral rear rack, these are strong, lightweight and
available in a bewildering number of colours giving you the option to cutomize
your bikes colour scheme. The range includes both regular and hub geared models
making the 2010 Sub range one of the best urban/commuter bikes around.

With the exception of Kids bikes between 12″ and 16″ wheels, all cycles are fully built to British Standard BS6102 and inspected by one of our CyTech qualified technicians. When you receive your new bike, all you will need to do before you ride it is attach the pedals and straighten the handlebar. To help you we provide a quick and easy step-by-step guide with each new bike.

While Kids bikes arrive unassembled they are quick and easy to put together mainly because they do not have gears. They to come with a manufacturers handbook to help with assembly and if there are any technical queries you can call and speak to one of our technical advisors for assistance.

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your item/s to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please include the returns sheet to provide us with your details and to let us know the reason for the return.

We will refund the item(s) minus any postage paid and any refund charges that may be imposed by your credit card company. You will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you received something different from what you ordered, please return this within 30 working days in its original packaging and unused and there will be no charges.
